This is a PATTERN to make gnome toppers for the tops of wine and champagne bottles or sparking water, grape or apple cider bottles. They are made from plush fabrics, felt and fur and are 15" tall (from the tip of their hats to the bottom of their beards). They are simply decorated with ribbon, gold or chenille trim and glitter pompoms.
